1. Overview

The 10-Day Business System Special is designed for small and growing businesses that need a structured website and foundational business system setup within a streamlined timeline.
This package may include:

• Website design and setup

• Forms and automation

• Client tracking setup (CMS)

• Booking and/or payment functionality

• Advanced SEO foundation setup

• Basic workflows and integrations

Package inclusions may vary depending on the agreed project scope.

2. Limited Availability

To maintain quality and turnaround times, a limited number of project spots are available each month.
Project dates are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once:

• The project scope is confirmed

• Required content is submitted

• Payment arrangements are finalized

 
3. Project Timeline

The 10-business-day timeline begins only after:

• All required content and materials have been received

• The project scope is approved

• The initial payment is completed

 
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
 
4. Content Requirements
 
To ensure timely completion, all required content must be submitted before the project begins, including:

• Website text/content

• Images and branding materials

• Service information

• Business details

 
Failure to provide content upfront may result in delays and additional fees.
 
5. Content Limits
 
This special includes handling for:

• Up to 5,000 words of text content

• Up to 400 images

Content exceeding these limits may require:

• Additional processing time

• Additional content handling fees

 
6. Additional Content Fees
 
Projects exceeding the included content limits will incur:

• An additional fee of $150 USD per content batch

• A timeline extension of 1 additional business day per batch

Additional content batches may include:

• Every additional 5,000 words of text

• Every additional set of up to 100 images

 
7. Scope Limitations

This special package includes foundational system setup and standard functionality only.
The following are not included unless otherwise quoted separately:

• Advanced custom coding

• Complex API integrations

• Large-scale databases

• Custom software development

• Ongoing SEO management

• Monthly content creation

• Advanced automation systems

• Multi-language website setups

Projects requiring advanced functionality may require a custom package or upgraded proposal.

8. Revisions

Minor revisions are included within the project timeline and agreed scope.
Additional revisions, redesigns, or requests outside the approved scope may:

• Extend the timeline

• Require additional fees

9. Payment Terms

Clients may choose from the following payment options:

• Full payment upfront

• 2-month payment plan

• 3-month payment plan

Payment plans must be approved before the project begins.
Please note:

• Work may begin only after the required initial payment is received

• Final website access or launch may be withheld until payments are completed

10. Third-Party Costs

This package does not include:

• Wix subscription fees

• Domain registration fees

• Third-party software subscriptions

• External application costs

These costs are the responsibility of the client.

11. Delays & Paused Projects

If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 7 business days during the project:

• The project may be paused or rescheduled

• Timeline guarantees may no longer apply

• Additional restart or administrative fees may apply

12. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Ancrey Designs reserves the right to showcase completed projects within its portfolio and marketing materials.

13. Agreement

By proceeding with the 10-Day Business System Special, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
